Eliot Schmidt
Eliot Schmidt is the founder and President of Integrated Site Services. He has spent nearly all of his professional life in the landscaping and civil construction industry. Eliot has held several different roles in the private business sector as well as government positions. He also holds many different certifications and licenses in the green industry.
What do you like best about the landscaping industry?
It’s an ever-evolving industry that takes more knowledge than I think a lot of us realize. There is always something new to learn and a long list of things to experiment with.
What do you like best about working for Integrated Site Services?
The comradery amongst our staff is a huge part of it. I couldn’t come to work every day without it. I also like being part of the “action” that is new construction. It makes me feel like I am a part of a bigger wheel that needs to turn every day. You’ll never get bored in this line of work!
Lisa Schmidt
Lisa Schmidt is an Accounts Payable Manager and she ensures the companies’ financial obligations are met efficiently. She has been in the industry for over 10 years. She also has a master’s degree in nursing.
What do you like best about the landscaping industry?
I love the outdoors and bettering the community with the projects we complete.

Kate Pepper

Lee Groves
Lee Groves is a Senior Project Manager at Integrated Site Services. Lee brings over eight years of experience in commercial construction, with a background spanning both field operations and project management. He has led teams through all phases of construction, delivering projects on time and with a strong focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. Lee values clear communication, accountability, and building strong working relationships across the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids and staying active.

I enjoy how the landscaping industry transforms spaces in a visible, lasting way. It’s rewarding to be part of projects that bring lasting value to a space while enhancing the natural environment.

Tyler Mix
Tyler Mix is a Project Manager at Integrated Site Services. He has been in the industry for 20 years. He is a skilled irrigation technician, equipment operator and is a high-level manager. Tyler holds himself and everyone around him to a high level of craftsmanship and integrity. He enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and doing yard work.

I enjoy the evolving technology, especially concerning water and conservation.

Dominic Gurule
Dominic Gurule is a Senior Foreman at Integrated Site Services. He has been in the industry and worked for our company for 8 years, 7 in the foreman position. Dominic has been responsible for overseeing and completing commercial sites’ irrigation and landscape needs and many things in between.
What do you like best about the landscaping industry?
I enjoy being physically involved in the job and understanding every part of construction that customers might not necessarily see. I used to walk around town wondering how everything functioned underground, things that most people take for granted, and I love now knowing much more about how our community functions in that aspect. Of course, nothing would stay too interesting if there weren’t challenges, and I enjoy problem solving and completing difficult tasks.

I enjoy how much this company has to offer its employees in terms of growth and personal development. The structure of the company allows for any employee to have the same opportunities and take-aways that I have had here. We are competitive and thorough and have pride in the services we provide and ALWAYS do what it takes to provide a good looking, well-functioning product. And we love plants!

Willian Anderson (Willie) is a Lead Foremen for Integrated Site Services. He has worked for Integrated Site Services and in the industry for 2 years. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer, to fish, go running and hiking.

I like working in landscaping because I love to work outside, make places look beautiful and I like to make customers happy. I challenge everyone to plant a tree to show thankfulness for the planet and keep it green!
