When requesting pricing from us, you can expect to receive a market value price based on a thorough examination and qualification of your projects landscape design and specifications. This will include clarifications of how we interpreted items through inclusions and exclusions, any discrepancies that may need additional clarifications, and any recommendations or value engineering options that we were able to identify in this initial phase of the process.
Our overall philosophy is that it is our responsibility to help our customers organize the landscaping scope of work for their project.
Once we are awarded a project we we move forward with the pre-construction process, which will be administered through one project manager, who will be assigned to your project from beginning to end. Preconstruction process will include seeking any additional clarifications that are needed, following through with any recommendations, and submitting product data information for approval. Construction schedules are an ever evolving thing. Therefore, your project manager will stay in touch with you to make sure that our schedule meets your schedule as well as ensuring that your schedule accounts for everything we will need to complete our work.
When it is our turn to perform our work on your project, you can expect to have an adequate size crew onsite that is well equipped and well supported. We strongly believe in developing methods that work best and using those methods throughout our entire company. Therefore you can expect consistency when hiring
Once our scope of work is complete, it will instantly transition to our maintenance division, who will monitor and adjust, if needed, the new landscaping for the timeframe agreed upon. The ownership will be provided in all closeout documentation needed to move forward, such as as Biltz, ONMI, manuals, and maintenance instructions.
